SILVER SAFE IT
A trusted technology concierge
for the people who raised you.
Private, personal technology care for aging parents in Dublin and the greater Columbus area. One dedicated expert who knows your mother and father by name, answers when they call, and looks after their devices, accounts, and protection — so you don't have to.
By appointment. Limited to a small number of families.
For the adult children who are carrying this alone.
Your parents call when the email stops working. They call when something on the screen looks suspicious. They call when the new tablet is still in the box three weeks later. You love them. You also have your own family, your own career, your own evenings.
Silver Safe IT was built for the adult son or daughter who wants a patient, capable, trusted person to take this off their plate — and for the parents who deserve to be helped with the same respect and attention given to any household professional.
We serve your parents. You stay informed without being on-call.
What a Silver Safe IT membership covers.
Everyday Technology
Email, phones, tablets, smart TVs, video calls with grandchildren, printers that refuse to cooperate. The small things, handled — before they grow into large ones.
Protection & Vigilance
A watchful, experienced eye on the accounts and devices that matter most. Suspicious emails reviewed. Unusual calls discussed. Protection put in place before mistakes happen.
Family Communication
We keep adult children informed of what matters without burdening them with every detail. You'll know when something deserves your attention. The rest, we handle.
A note from the founder.
For three years, I worked in private technology and network security — protecting the homes, devices, and accounts of executives, public figures, and private equity principals. The kind of households where a single security mistake had serious consequences.
What I came to understand during those years is that the executives we served were not only concerned about their own devices. They were equally concerned about the people around them — their aging parents, their spouses, their children. The accounts and phones of the family members were where the real risk lived. A grandmother answering a phishing call. A spouse using a recycled password. A teenager opening the wrong link. These tangential devices became the vulnerability that mattered.
So we cared for those families. We sat at kitchen tables with the executive's mother. We set up new tablets for the executive's wife. We patiently walked the executive's children through what was safe and what was not. The work was rarely technical. It was relational. It required patience, respect, and a steady hand.
I started Silver Safe IT because that same standard of care belongs in your family. Your parents deserve a technology expert who knows them by name, sits with them without rushing, and treats their household with the respect of a trusted professional. The work is the same. The people are no less important.
I look forward to meeting your family.
