SILVER SAFE IT

A trusted technologist, on call.
For your devices, your accounts, your time.

A private technology service for adults who refuse to spend an afternoon on hold with a call center — and who deserve a professional who simply handles it.

Arrange a Private Consultation

By appointment. Limited to a small number of households.

You don't have time for this.

You've built a life on solving problems. But the phone update breaks something. The new printer refuses to connect. An email arrives that looks legitimate and you'd like a professional to glance at it. Your tablet froze before a flight. The credit card on your subscriptions needs updating and finding all of them feels like an unreasonable use of your Tuesday.

These are not problems worth your hour. They are problems worth someone's hour — just not yours.

Silver Safe IT is the person whose hour it is.

What a membership covers.

DEVICES, HANDLED

Phones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, printers, home network, smart home, anything with a screen or a signal. Set up, kept current, fixed when broken.

QUIET PROTECTION

A professional eye on the accounts and credentials that matter. Suspicious emails reviewed before you respond. Security posture reviewed quarterly. Mistakes intercepted before they happen.

TIME, RETURNED

Subscriptions managed. Software updates handled. New device research and procurement done for you. The small administrative tasks of digital life — managed, so you stop managing them.

A note from the founder.

Amir Greene, Founder of Silver Safe IT

For three years, I worked in private technology and network security — protecting the homes, devices, and accounts of executives, public figures, and private equity principals. The kind of households where a single security mistake had real consequences and where good service was expected, not impressive.

What I learned in that work is that the most valuable thing a professional can offer is not technical expertise. It is the ability to make a complicated problem disappear without the client thinking about it again. To be reachable. To be discreet. To be useful without being intrusive.

I started Silver Safe IT to offer that standard of service to households in the greater Columbus area who would prefer not to spend an hour on hold with a call center, not to be condescended to by a twenty-year-old at a counter, and not to ask a family member for help with something they should be able to handle themselves.

The work is the same as it has always been. The relationship is the point.

I look forward to meeting you.

Memberships

Silver Safe IT is offered as a private monthly membership. Each membership begins with an in-home onboarding visit — an unhurried orientation to your household's devices, accounts, and preferences.

PRIVATE

The membership most members settle into. A reliable, professional presence in your household — present enough to keep things working, never intrusive.

PRIVATE INCLUDES

  • One household visit each month
  • Monthly proactive check-in
  • 24-hour response time
  • Suspicious-activity review and alerts
  • Password and account stewardship
  • New device setup included

CONCIERGE

For households where technology deserves closer, more consistent attention. Multiple devices. Frequent travel. A second residence. Or simply the preference to have a familiar professional always within reach.

WHAT CHANGES AT THE CONCIERGE LEVEL

  • Twice the monthly presence (two visits per month)
  • Twice the response speed (12-hour response)
  • A full quarterly review of your household's technology, accounts, subscriptions, and security posture
  • Twice-yearly comprehensive audit of every account and device
  • Travel coverage: devices prepared before trips, monitored while away, restored on return
  • New device procurement handled end-to-end

For members who prefer technology to be one less thing to think about.

One-time onboarding: $249. Includes an in-home visit, complete device inventory, secure password vault setup, written household report, security recommendations, and ongoing communication preferences.

Response time refers to acknowledgment via phone, email, text, or scheduling of a visit. It does not guarantee an in-home visit within the response window.

How a membership begins.

One

A private conversation

We speak for twenty minutes. You tell me what would be useful. I listen.

Two

An in-home visit

We spend ninety unhurried minutes at your home. Devices inventoried, accounts organized, security reviewed, preferences noted.

Three

A familiar presence

You have my direct number. You call. I answer. The work happens.

Four

An ongoing relationship

We check in monthly. I watch the things that matter. You spend your time on what you'd rather be doing.

Questions members often ask.

A retail store or Genius Bar requires you to find parking, wait in line, explain your situation to a stranger you've never met, and be moved through a fifteen-minute appointment by someone who may never see you again. Traditional IT services solve a single problem and disappear. Silver Safe IT is the opposite. One professional who knows you, your household, your devices, and your preferences. We come to your home. There is no waiting room, no parking lot, no stranger, no rush. Every call is answered by someone who already knows the story.

Adults whose time is valuable and whose patience for being on hold with a call center has run out. Some members are working professionals who simply don't want to spend their evenings on this. Some are retired and prefer one familiar professional to a rotating cast of strangers. Some travel frequently and need their household technology to function whether they are home or not.

Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Upper Arlington, New Albany, Hilliard, and the surrounding Columbus area. Remote support is available anywhere.

All of them. Computers, phones, tablets, smart TVs, home networks, smart-home systems, printers, security cameras, and anything else in your household. We do not specialize in a single platform. We work in whatever ecosystem you've chosen.

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with thirty days' notice. Annual memberships include two months complimentary and are paid in full.

Fully insured. Background check available upon request.

Silver Safe IT is intentionally small. We accept a limited number of members at a time so that each household receives the attention they expect.

No. We do not advertise our clients or share their identities. Word travels between households when it should. We rely on the discretion that comes from doing good work.

Your time is the asset.

A twenty-minute conversation. No commitment. We will discuss what would be useful and tell you honestly whether Silver Safe IT is the right fit.
